Will it fit my shower?
Yes. It fits all standard US shower arms (1/2" thread). The included shower kit has a stainless hose and adjustable mount in case you need them.
How do I install it?
Unscrew your old head by hand, wrap the included Teflon tape on the pipe, screw on the mount and hand-tighten the hose. Most people finish in under 5 minutes, and you don't need any tools.
What does the filter remove?
The 18-stage cartridge removes up to 99% of chlorine and reduces rust, sediment, heavy metals and odors. A mineral-stone layer adds back minerals for softer skin and shinier hair.
How long does a filter last?
Change it once it turns mostly brown. For three people showering daily that's every 1–2 months; one person can get up to 6 months.
Can I adjust the pressure?
Yes. Choose from four spray modes (rainfall, mixed, mist and jet), and use the stop button to pause the water while you lather.
Is it legal in California?
Yes. The flow rate meets California's low-flow limits. The nozzle design makes the spray feel stronger without using more water.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 6–10 business days. Shipping is free on every US order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We only ship to addresses in the 50 US states.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Enter it on our track order page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe.
Refills, returns and help
How do filter refills work?
Refills are optional. If the refill box is ticked when you check out, a new filter pack ships every 30 days for $19.99, starting 30 days after your order. You can skip or cancel any time at klarain.com/manage.
What's your return policy?
You have 40 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Email support@klarain.com to start a return.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement. You don't need to send anything back.
